Bill has been involved in IL ASCD for 30 years and served as Executive Director for 10 years. He was a teacher, principal and Superintendent prior to joining IL ASCD. He earned a BA from Milikin University, an MS from Indiana University and an EdD from Northern Illinois University. Bill enjoys travel, singing and musical performance.
